Don't you just love football?  In 1986, Goldie Hawn starred in "Wildcats", a movie about a suburban PE teacher who becomes the football coach at an inner-city Chicago school. Hilarity ensues. There's a pretty funny song at the end, and you can see it here. There is some language bleeped out, but the refrain goes, "It's the sport of kings. Better than diamond rings. Football."

Anyway. That song has been in my head as I edited and uploaded the pics I'm about to share. Patrick is the young man wearing #47 for the Sacred Heart Trojans. I got to see him play on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon at Moeller High School.

He's a GREAT teammate
