The Fourth Up North 2015: Sparklers

July 12, 2015  •  1 Comment

Take one, gorgeous, dark, Northern Michigan night. Add seven kids plus their cool parents and grandparents and infant siblings. Mix in many packets of sparklers, some newly-learned camera setting, and a new friend-behind-the-lens, and look what you get!

There are a bunch, but each one is so different, I had to post them all. Shout out your favorite.

And in the spirit of full disclosure, the "4" was actually backwards and I flipped it in Photoshop.

Enjoy! Happy Birthday, 'Merica!

(More shots from my time in Charlevoix to come. These were too cool to sit on any longer.)
